Job Description

Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 305-bed skilled nursing facility in Horseheads, NY is currently recruiting for a full time Nurse Practitioner.  This person will join our reputable Primary Medical Team which consists of a Medical Director, Physicians and another Nurse Practitioner.  Duties would include meeting the medical needs of the residents that reside at Elcor, particularly on the Rehabilitation Unit. This includes sick call, completing rounds, skin rounds, documentation, assessments, employment physicals, and working with our nursing team and rehab department to provide quality care to our residents. Experience in long term care nursing or Geriatrics is preferred.
