Job Description

Seeking a seasoned licensed Administrator to manage the daily operations of a 120-bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility. We are looking for an experienced leader to support a team whose members promote quality care to meet the needs and satisfaction of our residents. Applicants must have a proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives. Must possess leadership and management skills to our motivated staff as they provide quality and dignified care. Successful candidates shall be licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners to have the authority and responsibility for the total operation of the facility, subject to the policies adopted by the governing authority. Applicant should be able to make professional judgments, possess strong organizational and leadership skills and have solid knowledge of federal and state regulations. At least two years of experience in managing long-term care or assisted living facility. We offer competitive salaries, medical, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
