RACSB is recruiting for the following positions:

• Psychiatrists – PACT & MAT

Provides psychiatric services to patients in the agency's Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) providing comprehensive care and treatment to the seriously mentally ill in a mobile outreach model. Work is performed under broad supervision and is guided by agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal PACT funding, licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines; ACT Fidelity Model Standards.

• Psychologist II

Conducts psychological evaluations and provides direct therapeu¬tic treatment services to the mentally ill and/or emotionally disabled individual. Work is performed under broad supervision and is guided agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines

• Therapists - Mental Health

Provides direct therapeutic care in the agency's Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) providing comprehensive care and treatment to the seriously mentally ill in a mobile outreach model. Work is performed under general supervision and is guided by agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal PACT funding, licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines; ACT Fidelity Model Standards.

• Therapists – Child and Adolescent, Substance Abuse, Jail Based

Provides therapeutic care for individuals in a substance abuse treatment program. Work is performed under general supervision and is guided by agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines.

• Mental Health Nurse, RN/LPN – MAT and Crisis Stabilization

Under the supervision of the PACT Team Leader/Coordinator and the guidance of the PACT Nurse Manager, provides nursing services to participants in the agency's PACT. Services include delivery and administration of medications prescribed by the team psychiatrist and monitoring of the effects of these medications and the health status of recipients. The Nurse works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing care to persons with serious and persistent mental illness, and duties are performed both in an office and in community and home settings. The Nurse coordinates with other team nurses to maintain the PACT medication room. The nurse assists in providing on-call coverage after hours as needed.
