Memory Care Director

Responsibilities: As the Memory Care Director you will be involved in all aspects of our memory care neighborhood in coordinating the assessments of new residents, marketing and family relations, the orientation and education of the memory care staff, coordinating all activities of memory impairment, care planning, quality improvement, and infection control. Leads the memory care team by treating the staff and residents with a high level of respect and dignity.


• The professional knowledge and skills to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our memory care neighborhood in accordance with the current regulations and standards to insure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

• Qualified by experience and training to evaluate resident needs and to develop a service plan according to those needs.

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.

• Experience in community and geriatric setting.

• Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication.

• Ability to effectively manage, motivate and lead employees and co-workers
